植物と達磨を合わせた独特の佇まいが、お部屋にモダンでポップな彩りを添えてくれます。
柔らかな綿花の温もりに、奄美大島の泥染布が魅せる深い「地球の色」。その素朴で温かみのある佇まいが、空間に優しく馴染みます。植物達磨は、願いをすぐに叶えるための縁起物というより、願いと共に、日々を育てていく存在として制作しています。

友人が染めてくれた生地のかけらたちを、大切につなぎ合わせました。

[奄美泥染め]
鹿児島県の奄美大島に1,300年以上前から伝わる伝統技法で、世界中で奄美大島だけでおこなわれている天然の染色方法です。

生地：奄美泥染め／古布／刺子

I carefully pieced together even the small scraps of fabric that my friend dyed for me.

A traditional natural dyeing method passed down for over 1,300 years in Amami Oshima, Kagoshima Prefecture. It is a unique craft practiced exclusively in Amami Oshima.
