At Daruma Musashi, we breathe new life into cherished vintage kimonos, obis, and antique textiles. What was once worn with love is transformed into fabric, then into form, and finally reborn as a Daruma. Finding enduring beauty in things that are fading away, and quietly carrying that beauty into the future.

[Order Flow for Made-to-Order Items]

1.Message Me: Before purchasing, please contact me through the message tool.

2.Custom Page: I will calculate the shipping cost for your country and set up a dedicated order page for you.

3.Creation: After your order is confirmed, I will start crafting your unique Daruma.

4.Shipping: Once finished, I will ship it directly from Japan with a tracking number.

Carrier: We use [EMS ].

Tracking: All packages include a tracking number so you can follow your order's journey.

Delivery Time: Generally takes about [1-2 weeks] after shipping, depending on your location.

【For Customers Using PayPal Payment】

Due to system requirements, orders that are not marked as shipped within 10 days after purchase may be automatically canceled.

As many of our DARUMA artworks are made-to-order, production requires time. Therefore, in some cases, we may process the shipment status in advance before the artwork is fully completed.

You may receive an automatic shipping notification, but please rest assured that your DARUMA is being carefully crafted one by one, exactly as planned.

Once the artwork is completed, it will be officially shipped via EMS.

【Cancellations & Returns】

As each piece is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted item, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once the production has begun or the item has been shipped.

If there is any significant damage to the item upon arrival, please contact me directly within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will do our best to find a solution.
